This adjustable wooden shoe stretcher gradually stretches the width or length of suitable shoes. Three removable plugs let you focus the stretch on a specific part of the shoe upper. It can be used in either the left or right shoe.

How to use: Close the stretcher before inserting it into the shoe. Add plugs where extra room is needed, then adjust gradually until the stretcher sits snugly. Do not force or overstretch the shoe, as this can damage the upper or seams. Leave for 6–8 hours, close the stretcher before removing it and check the fit before repeating. Results depend on the shoe material and construction.

If using a shoe-stretch spray or foam, check that it is suitable for your footwear and follow its instructions.
