Materials and manufacturing
The UGGbraid is made with either 70% recycled polyester and 30% rayon, or 100% recycled polyester. The lining and insole use 10mm UGGplush™ containing upcycled wool and TENCEL™ Lyocell. Textile binding is made from 100% recycled polyester fibres.
The outsole is either sugarcane EVA, which uses sugarcane foam to reduce reliance on petroleum-based ethylene, or Treadlite by UGG™ EVA. This product was made in a factory supported by HERproject, an initiative that helps empower and educate women in the workplace.
